Lullabies, Triptych Releases October 20th

The second song, which is really three songs, to be released from my debut EP is Lullabies, Triptych.

Composed of three movements, each part is built around the rhythm of gentle rocking. The choreography entails pairs of singers moving together as the music builds note by note. Producer David Ridley collaborated with me to add in wonky, ethereal electronics and field recordings. And if you listen closely to the lyrics, you’ll notice that while the music may be beautiful and heavenly, the message is rather dark. Which is actually the hallmark of a lullaby if you think about it ;)
